30% is payable to reserve the chalet.
The balance is due on arrival, along with a deposit of €400, which is refunded after departure, less any amounts due for damage, breakages or additional cleaning.
Equivalent payments can be made in Sterling by our English guests.

Prices include all services except the "Taxe de séjour" of €0.70 per person per day, which is payable locally, on arrival. This entitles visitors to a Carte d'Hôte, which offers various discounts in Le Grand Bornand and neighbouring resorts.

Blankets, pillows and bedspreads are provided. Sheets and pillowcases should be provided by guests, or can be rented locally.

The property is not offered to smokers or pets and should be left clean on departure.
